S. Patrick Kelley — more often Pat or PK — has been helping individuals, families and businesses optimize their wealth for more than 25 years. Pat likens his process to that of taking a client up in a helicopter: lifting them above the day-to-day chaos, helping identify their desired horizon, and finding the sight-lines for how best to get there. Pat is married and lucky enough to have three children. In addition to mixing business with pleasure over golf, Pat also enjoys playing soccer, skiing, hiking, swimming with his family, and generally getting outdoors. When he can’t get outdoors, he’s also game to get his sports fix rooting for any of the Bay Area pro teams. For the past 10 years, Pat has also tried his hand at turning the Cabernet and Merlot vines at his home into wine. But, he’s quick to warn that he’s still mastering the craft — If you’re on his good side, he’ll give you a bottle; If you’ve done him wrong, though, he’ll give you two.

To achieve this, he focuses on simplifying the process — helping clients develop a clear path forward that’s based on what will best help them accomplish their goals. After a brief stint in banking, he realized what he really longed for was a chance to more directly help people with their finances — to provide a positive influence and impact that could help them achieve their goals. It’s this passion for sharing what he’s learned that guides his approach. He works side-by-side with Peak360 advisors to craft a customized financial plan that fits the client’s life — instead of forcing them to accommodate some arbitrary, cookie-cutter solution. When not helping clients move confidently toward their financial future, you can find him “moving” in a host of other ways — whether it’s mountain biking, skiing, or continuing to indulge his lifelong love of soccer.

Erika wants her clients to feel heard and understood – and she also wants them to feel confident navigating their finances. To that end she enjoys getting to know each client and learning their unique story. Having studied philosophy at UCSB, she has a unique understanding of how a person’s beliefs impact their choices – and her experience in financial planning, tax preparation, and client service has helped her shape and refine that people-first strategy. A competitive Crossfitter for 7 years, she enjoys the challenge of turning weaknesses into strengths. And that passion pays dividends for her clients. But when she’s not helping clients achieve their goals, you’ll find her in the pool, on a bike, or on a running trail pursuing a new goal of her own – her first Triathlon.

Tyler thrives in helping ease each client’s financial burdens through helping make the client and advisor relationship as seamless as possible. He believes that having an understanding on how to maximize what you have can lead to even greater possibilities in your finances. He works alongside the advisors at Peak360 to help establish and build relationships with clients that fosters a productive and healthy grasp on their finances. When he isn’t aiding advisors and helping clients in their financial journey, he enjoys spending his time investing in his family and friendships, planning future travel, and teaching people of all ages the joys of guitar and music.
